The cost effectiveness of serviced apartments makes them an ideal second home for expatriates as well as business executives from overseas who require comfort to work and relax during short-term projects.

According to a recent survey carried out by Executive Roomspace, companies increasingly require accommodation for serviced apartments between 1 and 6 months.
